Key Responsibilities:

1. Attend to customer post-service feedback calls to ensure satisfaction.

2. Schedule and follow up on periodic service appointments to maintain customer satisfaction.

3. Engage in cold calling and campaign calls to expand customer base and improve revenue.

4. Develop and maintain instant feedback and reporting systems to track performance.

5. Prepare and present daily and monthly performance reports for revenue and technicians.

6. Provide periodic management information systems (MIS) data to support business decisions.

7. Foster a highly responsive approach to customers and internal staff, ensuring prompt and courteous communication.
