Leasing Team Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our leasing team and develop innovative strategies to drive rental growth and occupancy across assigned portfolios.

  • Our ideal candidate will formulate and implement effective leasing strategies, leveraging market insights and industry benchmarks to secure new tenancies and identify emerging market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive leasing plans, analyzing rental trends, occupancy costs, and market positioning for assets under management.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to the leasing team, empowering them to achieve exceptional results and driving business growth through targeted initiatives.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of competitors, providing valuable insights into supply, demand, pricing, competition, and market positioning for managed assets.
  • Prepare and review annual rental budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market realities.
  • Offer regular market updates to senior management, providing actionable recommendations on portfolio optimization and revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate, Property Management, or Business Administration.
  • Possess 7-10 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing, including at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the real estate industry, coupled with an extensive network of contacts and relationships.
  • Exhibit exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues alike.
