Job Description:

The role of Human Resource Executive involves managing various HR-related tasks, including contract administration, negotiation, and compliance with immigration regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Maintain legal documents of sub-contractors and consultants
  • Prepare and submit immigration documents to USCIS and track their status
  • Manage contractual employees and services
  • Ensure compliance with I-9 document requirements
  • Handle employee onboarding, including LCA filing and PAF maintenance

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Extensive knowledge of US immigration regulations
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
