As a Key Account Manager with Cholamandalam Securities Limited, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Key Account Manager, where you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing high-value client acquisition opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Building deep, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals, and offering bespoke solutions that align with their needs.
  • Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product offerings, including IAP, Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services, Alternate Investment Funds, Insurance, and Bonds.
  • Attending regular team meetings to contribute to the success of our team through sharing experiences and client feedback.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can navigate complex regulatory environments and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Your Background

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A postgraduate degree in Finance or Marketing, preferably with an MBA/PGDM.
  • A minimum of 3-6 years of experience in meeting revenue targets and acquiring high-value clients in the banking or stock broking industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner to diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of capital markets, investment products, portfolio management, and industry regulations.

We offer a competitive salary package, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹25,00,000 - ₹35,00,000, depending on your background and performance.
