Key Accounts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Manager to join our team in Pune, Maharashtra.
About the Role:This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves managing key accounts for construction chemicals and water-proofing products. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet individual targets and organizational objectives.
- Manage key accounts for infrastructure contractors, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
- Deliver presentations to customers and support business development managers in securing corporate approvals and product specification approvals from consultants.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, adapting sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with field teams to develop contractor networks and provide training on construction chemicals and water-proofing products.
- Resolve customer issues related to project progress and handle complaints effectively.
To be considered for this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the construction industry and its products.
