Hiring for Key Accounts Manager - Construction Chemicals

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Accounts Manager to join our team at 2coms. As a Key Accounts Manager, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies for the Government, direct industrial, contractor, and Applicator/fabricator segment and dealer channel in line with organizational objectives and the business plan.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve individual targets on sales of Admixture/Floor Coating/Waterproofing/Grouts by handling Key accounts of Infra contractors.
  • Deliver presentations to customers and support the Business Development Manager in getting corporate/client approvals and product specification approvals from consultants.
  • Track competition activities and local market trends, and adopt appropriate interventions in the market to counter the same.
  • Follow up and drive the Field Coordination team and Sales Team in developing a contractor base and training them in Admixture/Floor Coating/Waterproofing/Grouts as and when required.
  • Resolve customer issues on project progress and handle customer complaints.

Requirements

Experience: 5 to 10 Years and above

Employment Status: Full time
