As a seasoned retail store manager, you will oversee daily operations and ensure sales goals are met. Leading a retail store with expertise in ethnic clothing requires strong leadership and customer service skills to maintain a positive and inclusive store environment.

About the Role

This position involves direct employee supervision, including duties such as serving customers, inventory taking, reconciling cash and managing in-store marketing. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assigning tasks to employees, conducting hiring and onboarding of new staff members, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and tracking/manage inventory at the store.

Responsibilities:
