Job Overview:

The Customer Success Lead will be responsible for owning customer KPIs, developing an intimate understanding of their businesses, and leading a team of 2-3 CSMs. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, dedicated work ethic, organized, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a network of champions within each account through education, coaching, and influencing skills.
  • Represent customers as trusted advisors, advocates, and marketing thought leaders/subject-matter-experts, helping them create marketing strategies and user lifecycle journeys.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop, launch, and manage marketing campaigns focused on engagement and revenue goals.
  • Be an expert on trends and best practices for digital marketing and analytics.
  • Enlighten customers with insights from their data and industry trends.
  • Ensure customers get maximum value from customer engagement by leveraging full platform functionality.
  • Handle customer concerns with confidence and put them at ease.
  • Generate case studies, testimonials, and PR from customers.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing (plus).
  • 9-12 years of experience in CRM or Customer Success (ideal).
  • Strong project management and time management skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – diagnosis, root-cause assessment, option evaluation, and resolution.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and strategically with clients, team members, and the marketplace.
  • Ability to respond quickly to critical issues and roadblocks.
  • Good communication skills (written/oral).
  • Excellent presentation skills.
