About the Role

We're looking for a customer-centric professional to own customer relationships, make them successful, and fans of our services.

  • Your core job is to ensure customer success by giving them a delightful onboarding experience.
  • You will track product adoption, ensuring customers get maximum value leading to upsells and expansion revenue.
  • Becoming a trusted product advisor for our customers, helping them with all the tricks of the trade to get maximum value from our services.
