Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Coordinator
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled professional to manage commission plans, track payouts, and prepare statements. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records of all commission plans, including effective dates and key details.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely commission payouts and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Prepare and distribute commission statements to plan participants.
- Assist in designing new commission plans and modeling their financial impacts.
- Ensure compliance with contractual incentives and maintain relevant records.
