About Data Centric Testing:

We are seeking a skilled professional to design, implement and maintain test data management strategies to support enterprise-wide testing initiatives.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and manage data masking tools to create, subset, and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
  • Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance, and UAT testing.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance, or Data Engineering.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Strong knowledge of data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning, and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write complex SQL queries.
  • Proven track record of working with data privacy frameworks and compliance standards.
