Automation Tester for Pega Applications

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in testing and validating software applications using Pega technology.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, review, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test completion reports to ensure high-quality results.
  • Design and execute automated tests using c#, maintaining code on GIT.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify root causes of defects and provide solutions.
  • Work closely with campaign managers and stakeholders to deliver data-driven communications.
  • Evaluate campaigns from an accuracy and quality perspective pre- and post-execution, adhering to campaign design and risk guidelines.

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing or campaign testing, preferably with exposure to Pega and CCM.
  • Hands-on experience with POSTMAN for API testing and ability to write test scripts.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills enabling collaboration in a fast-moving culture.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and trustworthiness; meticulous towards detail and thoroughness in tasks, reliable, responsible, dependable, honest, and ethical.
