Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Tester

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Tester with business analyst experience to join our team. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, ensuring seamless user experiences across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests
  • Conduct end-to-end testing, including employee processes that cross multiple systems
  • Test data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via APIs
  • Evaluate performance of integrated systems under different loads
  • Perform regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch
  • Maintain comprehensive test documentation

Qualifications:

  • Extensive ServiceNow Tester experience
  • Strong understanding of Workday HR and Colleague environments
  • Expertise in workflow automation and performance testing
  • Ability to maintain comprehensive test documentation

Location: Remote

Duration: Long term
