Automation Tester

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester to join our organization.

  • Design and develop automated test cases for UI and API using Python to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Develop frameworks in Java (Maven) and JavaScript (Node.js) to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Architect and maintain reusable common-lib modules for UI steps, data-driven testing, SOAP/REST API, JSON parsing, AODA compliance, PDF test, ETL support, and Mobile UI testing to improve overall quality.
  • Support REST API workflows with automated test case generation, JSON assertions, and data encryption to ensure secure data transfer.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field to demonstrate strong technical foundation.
  • 5+ years of experience in automation testing with a strong background in software QA methodologies and tools to showcase expertise.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language such as Java, Python, or Shell to ensure efficient coding practices.
  • Experience working in Unix/Linux environments, including writing shell scripts and using Unix command-line tools to demonstrate adaptability.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL skills to analyze complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies to demonstrate ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
