Customization Specialist for ERP Solutions
  • We are seeking a skilled Customization Specialist to join our team of experts in optimizing and customizing ERP solutions.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and documenting technical solutions to customize ERP systems. They will be responsible for translating functional specifications into actionable plans, managing daily application health, and ensuring system uptime and responsiveness.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Technical expertise in ERP systems, including Infor XA, Synon code development tool, and Control Language & OS/400 commands.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as RPG, CL, ILE, SQLRPGLE, SQL/400, Query/400, DB2/400, DFU, and IBM job Schedulers/ROBOT.
  • Experience with debugging concepts and AS/400 utilities.
  • Strong knowledge of SFTP processes, MQ Series, XCOM, and XML files.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing and strong customer interaction skills.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to coach and mentor other developers and analysts on best practices and development fundamentals.
