X++ Developer - ERP Transformation Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned X++ developer to lead our ERP transformation initiatives in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimizing D365 F&O solutions using X++, with emphasis on Electronic Reporting, system integrations, and performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions using X++ to meet business requirements.
  • Built and enhance Electronic Reporting (ER) configurations aligned with organizational needs.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
  • Participate in full-cycle implementation projects, from design through to deployment and support.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems using standard frameworks.
  • Support data migration activities, ensuring integrity and quality of transferred data.
  • Provide technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Ensure all customizations align with best practices, coding standards, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Extensive hands-on experience with X++ development in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
  • Strong expertise in Electronic Reporting (ER) within D365.
  • Proven track record of delivering customizations and enhancements in enterprise ERP environments.
  • Good knowledge of D365 modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Supply Chain, Procurement & Sourcing, Inventory, Warehouse, Product Information Management.
  • Experience with integrations, data migration, and performance tuning.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in global, cross-functional teams.
