Job Title: Digital Transformation Specialist

The digital transformation specialist is a key member of our team, responsible for driving proactive and supportive collaboration with various stakeholders to identify issues and develop solutions.

This role involves analysing incoming data, investigating the technical root cause, and working with stakeholders to achieve timely and accurate resolutions.

  • Planning and Optimisation:
    • Analyse EDI, Punchout or OCR issues, investigate the technical root cause and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve on time.
    • Automate manual processes in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders through technical support systems knowledge.
    • Seek opportunities to improve processes or create efficiencies to support integrated customers through changes (i.e., ERP updates)
  • Integrations:
    • Gain an understanding of customer and supplier needs to recognise valuable integrations for both parties.
    • Support EDI, Punchout or OCR integrations with B2Be and suppliers through various documents offered.
    • Facilitate testing between Blackwoods and their customers to ensure minimal impact when the supplier becomes EDI live in production environment
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including middleware, purchasing and warehousing teams as well as external suppliers' business and technical teams.
    • Create strong relationships within the eBusiness team and more broadly with the Digital team across the company

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in supplier integration/ERP projects with UAT testing exposure
