Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Zoho One specialist to lead the implementation of our new integrated ERP solution. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in setting up, configuring, and optimizing Zoho Books, Inventory, and Creator for invoicing, AR/AP, inventory management, cylinder tracking/management, and customer management.

This role requires both technical capability and practical business process understanding. As our Zoho specialist, you will work closely with our team to migrate customer, product, and transaction data with accuracy and integrity.

The project scope includes:

  • Configuring Zoho modules for operations
  • Migrating customer, product, and transaction data
  • Developing custom modules, workflows, and automations as needed
  • Integrating Zoho with third-party tools (payment gateways, e-commerce, logistics)
  • Testing, training, and supporting team members during rollout

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven Zoho One implementation experience
  • Skilled in ERP migration, workflow automation, and custom module development
  • Strong understanding of inventory and rental asset tracking
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Collaborative working on Zoom with real-time collaboration, troubleshooting, and approvals
