Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR/Recruitment Manager to lead our healthcare recruitment efforts.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in hiring doctors, senior leadership positions, and university talent, along with knowledge of payroll, HR policies, job descriptions, and SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead end-to-end recruitment for doctors, leadership, and university hiring.
  2. Manage payroll, HR operations, and compliance with statutory regulations.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs.
  4. Prepare and update job descriptions across functions.
  5. Partner with management to meet organizational talent needs.

Requirements:

  • 7-10 years of relevant HR/recruitment experience in healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of university hiring and healthcare industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's/Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
