About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Amazon B2B team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive growth for our Sellers by adding selection and delivering key business opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to work with Amazon's Selling Partners and contribute to their success. You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about making Sellers successful on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit Sellers onto various programs and manage relationships by championing their needs at Amazon
  • Drive growth for Sellers' businesses by adding selection and delivering on key business opportunities
  • Manage improvement initiatives and projects: Drive new product launches and relationship extensions by collaborating with business development and on-boarding teams
  • Work with Sellers to improve operational aspects of their business in providing a great consumer experience
  • Identify prospects/partners to approach, communicate value proposition, and establish long-term partnerships
  • Track and report performance using metrics; achieve productivity and seller satisfaction targets
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of sales or account management experience
  • 2+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience
  • Experience with Excel
  • Ability to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers

Bonus points if you have experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts, as well as relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS platforms.

About the Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
