We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Regional Training Manager. This position is responsible for managing training programs across the region, focusing on delivering exceptional learning experiences that drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery & Execution: Manage trainers and deliver comprehensive training plans that cover induction, refreshers, skill builders, assessments, and product/process updates. Create training calendars and dashboards; ensure logistics and subject matter expert availability.
- Activation Targets: Drive and monitor trainer performance to achieve activation goals (first successful cross-sell within defined time). Take corrective actions to close performance gaps.
- Team Capability Building: Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions, quality audits, and provide coaching to build trainer expertise and maintain delivery excellence.
- Governance & Feedback: Ensure compliance and code of conduct adherence. Capture and share training data, insights, and ground feedback with leadership to support strategy and decision-making.
