Our ideal candidate is a skilled Learning Experience Designer with expertise in creating high-impact micro-workshops, custom learning games, simulations, board games, and eLearning content.


The role involves designing gamified behavioural learning solutions for employees in client organisations.


Responsibilities:

  • Design interactive case simulations and learning experiences rooted in behavioural science.
  • Create engaging virtual learning experiences using internal and external technology platforms.
  • Author high-quality content for various mediums.
  • Develop learning strategies aligned with client needs and adult learning principles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.


Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and behavioural skills development.
  • Knowledge of design thinking and human-centred design.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software tools and technologies.


Preferred Qualifications: A graduate degree in Psychology, Information Design, Game Design, or Communication is preferred but not required.
