About the Role:
The position of Outbound Sales Growth Specialist is open at Visdum, a leading SaaS Solution for Sales Compensation Management. As an early-stage SaaS startup, we are looking for a creative and energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative to grow our revenue through outbound sales efforts.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify leads through email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and cold calling.
  • Connect with and educate prospects based on buyer personas, identifying sales opportunities.
  • Track buyer intent signals and send hyper-personalized emails to engaged prospects to schedule meetings.
  • Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts to schedule qualified sales demos.
  • Create and maintain a database of prospects, using platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, and Snov.io.

Requirements:
  • A proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in using Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Strong sales and business development abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Familiarity with or prior experience in sales or business development roles in SaaS.
