Outbound Sales Growth Specialist

The position of Outbound Sales Growth Specialist is open at Visdum, a leading SaaS Solution for Sales Compensation Management. As an early-stage SaaS startup, we are looking for a creative and energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative to grow our revenue through outbound sales efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities to identify and qualify leads through email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, and cold calling.
- Connect with and educate prospects based on buyer personas, identifying sales opportunities.
- Track buyer intent signals and send hyper-personalized emails to engaged prospects to schedule meetings.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and outbound prospecting efforts to schedule qualified sales demos.
- Create and maintain a database of prospects, using platforms like Apollo, HubSpot, and Snov.io.
Requirements:
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Expertise in using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong sales and business development abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Familiarity with or prior experience in sales or business development roles in SaaS.
