Process Training Manager Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Training Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience as a Training Manager in a BPO or equivalent role as a Deputy Manager Training in an International BPO, with expertise in Customer Service.

A strong understanding of International Voice Process is mandatory. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Conducting effective induction and orientation sessions
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness, success, and ROI of training programs
  • Developing and enhancing current training methodologies and frameworks
  • Scheduling training sessions and organizing information cascades and other interventions for the team
  • Reviewing existing training materials and manuals to determine their appropriateness and relevance, and updating them accordingly
