Process Training Role

The primary objective of this Process Trainer position is to provide engaging and effective training sessions, thereby ensuring the continuous development of new hires and existing staff, as well as enhancing overall process knowledge and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking._/li>
  • Observe and mentor trainees during on-the-job training/production to ensure skill application and improvement._/li>
  • Regularly share training progress and pending updates through structured reports/MIS to the operations team._/li>
  • Keep training content up-to-date by reviewing and updating materials periodically in line with process or product changes._/li>
  • Participate in internal and external calibrations to align training outcomes with business expectations._/li>
  • Identify Training Needs (TNI) and conduct refresher/up-skilling sessions accordingly._/li>
  • Conduct knowledge checks for both new hires and production staff to assess understanding and retention._/li>

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in handling training for travel processes is mandatory._/li>
  • Strong customer/client handling skills with an understanding of travel-related processes._/li>
  • Willingness to work in all shifts as per business requirements._/li>
  • Experience in training delivery – product, process, soft skills, or upskilling._/li>
  • 1–5 years of relevant experience in process training (line trainer experience will also be considered)._/li>
  • Must have previous experience in the travel industry/domain._/li>

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Pune._/li>
  • Exposure to domestic travel processes is highly preferred._/li>
  • Self-driven, proactive, and adaptable to fast-paced environments._/li>
