Process Trainer Role

This role is responsible for the training and development of agents within a programmatic training environment.

  • The Process Trainer will direct day-to-day functional direction of agents, including student progress monitoring, coaching and developmental feedback.
  • Utilize effective presentation and facilitation skills using various training delivery modalities in a classroom setting.
  • Prepare and present training materials through classroom learning, hands-on demonstrations and supporting activities.
  • Achieve individual training performance metrics.

The Process Trainer will support Operations to transition agents from training to production environments, ensuring competency levels meet business standards.

Maintain relevant product knowledge by taking calls, attending meetings and side-by-side observations.

Ensure effective communication with managers, peers and other resource groups.

Recommend curriculum modifications based on customer feedback and Training Needs Analysis.

Participate in continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes and procedures.

Qualifications
  • Graduate in Bpharma/Mpharma/BDS.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with two to four years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Proven experience in training methodologies and soft skills (communication skills, critical thinking, time management, team building).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines of deliverables.
  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure.
