About the Role

We're looking for an English Communication Trainer to conduct
1:1 online sessions
designed to help students become more confident and fluent in spoken English. The focus is practical: improving everyday and professional communication skills.

Course Details

  • Schedule:
    30 minutes per day, any 5 days a week (flexible between 8–9.30 PM, based on student and trainer availability). Trainers must also be open to weekend sessions if that's the student's preference.
  • Duration:
    2 months
  • Demo Session:
    One trial lecture required before confirmation
  • Payment:
    Course fee is ₹6,000 (₹1,000 retained by Spakll as platform fee, ₹5,000 paid to the trainer in monthly installments)

Trainer Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a structured yet flexible curriculum for spoken English improvement
  • Customize teaching methods according to individual student needs and pace
  • Build vocabulary, correct grammar, and encourage real-life conversational practice
  • Track progress and share constructive feedback regularly

Expected Outcome for Students

By the end of the course, students will feel more confident, fluent, and effective in their use of English for personal and professional interactions.
