Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in the role of Placement Officer. As a key member of our placement department, you will play a dual role: building strong relationships with industry partners and guiding candidates through the placement process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify relevant job opportunities and align them with candidate profiles.
  • Prepare learners through resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance.
  • Build and maintain relationships with HRs and hiring partners.
  • Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and placement documentation.
  • Maintain placement data and generate weekly/monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with internal trainers and career coaches to understand candidate strengths and match them to suitable roles.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or career services.
  • Edtech experience is a plus.
  • Technical Recruitment experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passion for helping candidates find the right opportunity.
