Job Summary

As a Placement Officer at CoachX, you will play a dual role:

You'll build strong relationships with industry partners, guide candidates through the placement process, and ensure alignment with CoachX's mission to create career success stories.

Key Responsibilities

Identify relevant job opportunities and align those with candidate profiles.

Prepare learners through resume reviews, mock interviews, and career guidance.

Build and maintain relationships with HRs and hiring partners.

Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and placement documentation.

Maintain placement data and generate weekly/monthly reports

Consultancy and corporate tie ups to coordinate online placement drives, interviews, and job fairs.

Build and maintain partnerships with corporates to generate ongoing placement opportunities.

Guide and prepare students/candidates on resume writing, interview skills, and career planning.

Track and report placement metrics, hiring pipelines, and candidate progress.

Collaborate with internal trainers and career coaches to understand candidate strengths and match them to suitable roles.

Ensure high placement rates.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, placement coordination, or career services.

Edtech experience is a plus

Technical Recruitment experience is a plus

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Passion for helping candidates find the right opportunity.

Ability to multitask and manage stakeholders (students, companies, internal teams).
