Aviation Trainer for Air Hostess

Location: Pune (Poise Aviation Academy)
Poise Aviation Academy is looking for a polished, confident Ex-Cabin Crew Professional to join us as a Trainer for our Aviation & Hospitality Training courses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train students in grooming, personality development, communication, and professional etiquette.
- Deliver sessions on aviation fundamentals, inflight service, and hospitality standards.
- Counsel both parents and students regarding career opportunities, course expectations, and professional pathways.
- Mentor students on confidence-building, interview preparation, and public speaking.
- Maintain and demonstrate the highest grooming and presentation standards at all times.
- Support with curriculum planning, seminars, and practical workshops.
- To be able to work on Curriculum building
Requirements:
- Ex-Cabin Crew experience with leading domestic/international airlines.
- Strong expertise in grooming, etiquette, aviation service, and safety awareness, Interview skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (Marathi languages a plus).
- Ability to counsel and guide parents as well as motivate students.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.
