Job Title: Recruitment Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Strategist to lead our end-to-end recruitment cycle. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent for mid-level roles in our wealth and equity markets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to design effective hiring plans and source candidates via job portals, referrals, headhunting, and campus hiring.
  • Develop job descriptions, review resumes, conduct HR rounds, and schedule interviews with business teams.
  • Manage salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and smooth onboarding processes.
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and MIS reporting for leadership review.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in PCG Sales, Wealth Hiring, Bank Sales Hiring, or Broking mid-level recruitment is mandatory.
  • Strong domain knowledge of equity market hiring and proficiency in English, Kannada, and Hindi languages.
  • Hands-on experience in Recruiter, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work proactively, detail-oriented, and target-driven under tight deadlines.
