Marketing Manager Role

Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive business growth.

  • Drive the development of market strategies, manage marketing campaigns, and track their effectiveness.
  • Oversee content creation, organize events, and ensure successful lead qualification and nurturing.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement day-to-day execution of marketing activities across all channels and platforms.
  • Establish go-to-market strategies for product launch, lead generation, experiential, and social media.
  • Track and drive marketing leads through the sales process and report status/results regularly.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing program effectiveness and performance regularly.
  • Coordinate marketing activities with internal teams.
  • Manage events and trade shows.
  • Research/make recommendations on regional media partners and industry associations for digital marketing and other creative means to reach online audiences.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in marketing with 5+ years' experience in B2B marketing and communications.
  • Experience in marketing campaign development and event management.
  • Digital Marketing and social media marketing experience.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Effective interpersonal skills in active listening and rapport building at multiple levels of decision makers, including regional management.
