Job Role Summary

This role plays a vital part in supporting the sales team that caters to institutional and high-frequency clients in fixed income space, covering FX, rates, and derivatives products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Trade Execution Booking: Assist in timely execution of vanilla trades, ensure accurate booking in systems and correct capture of details according to client instructions.
  • Deal Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile deals for accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Coordination with Middle and Back Office: Collaborate with middle and back-office teams for settlements and address any settlement breaks.
  • Trade Documentation: Prepare, manage, and follow up on trade documentation ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Confirmation Tracking: Track trade confirmations and process them in a timely manner.
  • Client Follow-ups: Maintain regular communication with client teams to address inquiries and provide updates ensuring high service level.
  • Client Onboarding: Assist in onboarding process for new clients ensuring all necessary documentation and compliance checks are completed.
  • Execution-Oriented Tasks: Support sales desk with various tasks enhancing efficiency and client satisfaction.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Fixed Income Products Knowledge: Understanding of FX, rates, and derivatives.
  • Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills: Ability to work in fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented and Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Relevant System Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant booking systems.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in handling post-processing of fixed income products is preferred.
