About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking an Associate Client Executive to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling arrangements for delivery of training programs, events, and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all activities end-to-end for assigned programs.
  • Pre-work tracking and following up with participants to ensure completeness.
  • Booking venues for offsite activities or social events.
  • Provide support for all types of training events.
  • Managing nomination lists for programs and working with onsite teams.
  • Marketing programs as required and per client process requirements.
  • Ensure offsite training event activities are performed as per the Event Readiness Process/System.
  • Communicate with instructors and outside vendors using both written and spoken correspondence.

Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with 2-4 years of experience in a corporate learning environment or performing event coordination services for corporate clients. The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work easily with others as a team player. Additionally, the candidate should be proactive, take initiative, and be able to trouble-shoot and handle pressure. The role requires the ability to work independently in a flexible, organized, and adaptable manner and be customer-focused. It also demands proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and CRM tools).

What We Offer:
Niit is committed to providing a competitive salary package, commensurate with industry standards, ranging from $65,000 to $85,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
