Job Overview

The Associate Client Service Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless delivery of our training programs and events. As the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, this individual will be responsible for coordinating logistical arrangements, managing multiple tasks, and providing exceptional support to participants and instructors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all activities end-to-end for assigned programs, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Pre-work tracking and participant follow-up to guarantee completeness and readiness for training events.
  • Booking venues and coordinating logistics for offsite activities and social events.
  • Providing support and assistance for various types of training events, including technical and non-technical sessions.
  • Managing nomination lists for programs and collaborating with onsite teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of program nominations, participant engagement, and event outcomes.
  • Communicating effectively with instructors, vendors, and internal stakeholders via written and verbal correspondence.
  • Coordinating instructor schedules, equipment setup, and refreshments for training events.
  • Monitoring completion of training activities, such as pre-work, certificates, and post-event evaluations.
  • Updating knowledge management systems, including Wiki, SharePoint, and Global Website, with relevant information and updates.
  • Activating registration links, roster management, and logistic coordination on the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Ensuring vendor readiness and activating Purchase Orders as needed.
  • Maintaining LMS administration activities for blended trainings, generating reports, and updating employee databases accordingly.
  • Cultivating relationships with customer stakeholders, responding to inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a corporate learning environment or event coordination services for corporate clients.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse levels of customer stakeholders.
  • An outgoing personality, strong decision-making skills, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to troubleshoot issues under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and CRM tools.

Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum
