Job Title: Sales Operations Manager

Job Overview:

Our business is seeking highly skilled professionals to join as Sales Program Managers. The successful candidates will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and implement key initiatives, optimize sales performance, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to design, implement, and measure sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Business Development: Work with the Growth team and other internal teams to understand best practices, support required, client feedback, etc.
  • Performance Analysis: Create and analyze sales performance reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, proactively highlight deviations, and suggest actionables for course correction.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor and analyze industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and threats.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners to support business growth.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with other departments to drive successful outcomes.
  • Goal Setting: Monitor and analyze KRs across internal Growth teams. Prepare, roll out, and monitor Annual, Quarterly, and Monthly KRs.
  • Communication: Prepare various presentations for CGO/Sales leadership related to Growth/Sales.
  • Event Planning: Plan and implement end-to-end business/sales events.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields, with a special focus or experience on using and implementing analytical skills.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business planning, strategic projects, or other related fields.
  • Skill Set: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering results.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with others.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, CRMs, and other sales automation tools.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
