Executive Director, Middle Office Operations Leader

Key Responsibilities- Provide oversight for multiple teams of Middle Office staff responsible for researching and analyzing transactions.
- Handle reconciliations and inquiries, and oversee processing, trend analysis, and client engagement.
- Manage the performance of assigned staff and set team priorities.
- Manage day-to-day work of multiple Middle Office teams responsible for researching and analyzing transactions.
- Handle reconciliations and inquiries, and manage the performance of assigned staff and set team priorities.
- Manage relationships with broad sets of assigned clients and resolve escalated issues related to transactions.
- Allocate work to team members and focus on HR accountabilities for the team.
- Manage processes and provide guidance to teams to ensure records are maintained in accordance with departmental policies and procedures.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients to ensure needs are being addressed by the Middle Office function.
- Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 13+ years of total relevant experience in accounting with at least 4-5 years of management experience preferred.
