Key Responsibilities:

  • Production Planning:

Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.

Quality Control:

Ensure all products meet quality specifications and implement corrective actions when needed.

Resource Management:

Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory and environmental standards.

Team Supervision:

Requirements:

  • Experience:

8+ years in a production or manufacturing role, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.

Industry Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, and safety regulations.
