We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Excellence Director to join our team at TransPerfect Life Sciences Solutions. As an integral part of our Clinical Operations Department, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, improving quality, and increasing productivity.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute annual business plans in collaboration with Senior Leadership, Directors, and Associate Directors.
  • Lead the Operations Team to achieve revenue targets, manage costs, and ensure timely delivery of key performance indicators (KPIs) and billable targets.
  • Implement divisional goals, objectives, procedures, and reports to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain control over service-level agreement (SLA) delivery metrics for document processing and queries.
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action plans.

Responsibilities:

Key Tasks
  • Collaborate with Senior Leaders to generate annual business plans and execute them effectively.
  • Drive Operations Team revenues to meet KPIs and billable targets while controlling costs.
  • Develop and implement divisional goals, objectives, procedures, and reports for operational efficiency.
  • Exercise control over SLA delivery metrics for document processing and queries.
  • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.
Other Responsibilities
  • Review RFPs, COs, SOWs, and assist Sales and CS management on costs for the Operations Team/Projects.
  • Assist in writing and editing SOPs to keep them current with process changes.
  • Accountable for time management, reporting, and performance metrics for global Operations teams.
  • Become an expert in various processing system platform features and functionality.
  • Mentor the Operations Team to support operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • A highly self-motivated leader with the ability to inspire others.
  • Superior written and spoken communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in manipulating and analyzing data.
  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year college or equivalent.
  • Demonstrable track record of 'hands-on' operational leadership and management.

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
