Senior IT Service Delivery Specialist

As an ITOM Agent Client Collector (ACC) professional, you will be responsible for updating knowledge bases, creating and managing dashboards, policies, and check definitions/instances. Additionally, you will install and manage MID Servers, Agent Client Collectors, and event/alert management rules.
You must have strong troubleshooting capabilities and good experience in scripting. Excellent communication skills are required, including the ability to work rotational shifts with weekend on-call duties.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- In-depth requirement understanding skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Interpersonal efficiency and a positive attitude
