Job Opportunity

The position of Senior IT Service Manager involves overseeing incident management operations across the organization, ensuring agreed customer and internal service levels are met.

Responsibilities include governing day-to-day operations of incident management services to ensure stability, integrity, and business continuity. All services and accountabilities of incident management operations must be delivered to the agreed SLAs.

In close collaboration with Service Performance Managers, the Senior IT Service Manager will monitor, measure, report, and review performance of services.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in IT service management. They will be able to analyze complex issues, develop effective solutions, and communicate them to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include managing the lifecycle of incidents and minimizing their adverse impact on business operations, ensuring that incidents are followed up and resolved appropriately, identifying, initiating, scheduling, and conducting incident reviews, and establishing continuous process improvement cycles where the process performance, activities, roles, responsibilities, policies, procedures, and supporting technology are reviewed and enhanced where applicable.

The Senior IT Service Manager will work closely with the Service Excellence team to drive continuous service improvement and ensure seamless delivery of quality services to business stakeholders.
