We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the growth and performance of our financial products. This role offers end-to-end responsibility for key business metrics, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to scale user acquisition, engagement, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Growth Strategy:
  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize top-of-funnel metrics, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
  • Own and drive the growth of key business metrics for assigned financial products, including user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as data science, product, brand, marketing, and both online and offline acquisition teams.
  • Drive initiatives to impact all stages of the marketing funnel—Awareness, Consideration, Conversion, Engagement, and Advocacy.
  • Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy and Execution:
  • Partner with product and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions and deliver cohesive, customer-centric messaging.
  • Own the GTM strategy for new financial product launches, ensuring alignment across teams and timely execution.
  • Business Planning & Projections:
  • Lead business planning for growth, including monthly targets, annual operating plans, and continuous performance tracking.
  • Ensure targets for customer acquisition, retention, and business revenue are met or exceeded.
  • Growth Programs & Campaign Execution:
  • Design and implement growth programs aimed at increasing product adoption, cross-sell, upsell, and improving engagement.
  • Optimize growth initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, with a focus on long-term customer value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in driving growth for tech startups or established brands, with a proven track record in growing digital products and services.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Deep understanding of growth metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and engagement.
  • Expertise in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and growth frameworks to drive business performance.
