About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to lead our sales operations, engage with customers, and manage workflow management effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service and interpersonal skills, excellent organisational and time management abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and tailored product recommendations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Handle customer inquiries, quotes, and orders with professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Oversee the end-to-end workflow, from order intake to production and delivery, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock for key products and minimising waste.
- Coordinate with decorators, suppliers, and vendors to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.
- Monitor and manage order timelines to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality products.
- Lead, motivate, and support staff in daily operations, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring the team meets productivity goals and exceeds customer expectations.
- Provide training and guidance to new employees, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives, driving business success and customer satisfaction.
- Manage store budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations and maximising profitability.
- Process payments, invoices, and returns accurately, maintaining financial integrity and transparency.
- Prepare sales and operational reports for management review, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain store policies and ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines, upholding company standards.
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
