We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team in Software Sales & Marketing, helping us expand our reach and impact more schools.

About MarvelSoft:

MarvelSoft is transforming the way schools manage their operations through innovative School ERP solutions. Our smart, streamlined systems make administration easier for educators, allowing them to focus on teaching and nurturing students.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for our School ERP product.
  • Identify potential leads and build strong relationships with schools and educational institutions.
  • Prepare and present compelling proposals tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage and follow up on leads, ensuring that customer questions are answered and concerns are addressed.
  • Work closely with the product and marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Provide product demos, both in-person and virtually, showcasing the value of our ERP solution to school administrators.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills are a must for interacting with prospects, clients, and internal teams.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in software sales, preferably in the education sector, is a plus.
  • Proposal Preparation: Ability to create well-written, clear proposals that speak to the needs of prospective clients.
  • Follow-Up Skills: Attention to detail when following up with leads and clients to ensure smooth communication and drive sales.
  • Team Player: A collaborative spirit with a positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Office-Based Role: This position is work-from-office, requiring the ability to be present at our office during working hours.
