As a key player in stabilizing and enhancing our existing SailPoint IdentityIQ environment, you will play a critical role in ensuring secure, accurate, and efficient identity lifecycle management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases for SIT and UAT, focusing on functional changes
  • Evaluate products and services against industry standards, regulatory requirements, and user expectations
  • Collaborate with various project team areas (Devs, BAs, BAU, Product Owners, etc.) to drive success
  • Provide timely updates at daily stand-ups and functional calls
  • Record precise test results in JIRA and capture evidence
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and share insights with team members

You will work closely with the CI Project team and other technical resources to test and translate business/technical requirements for changes and deployments. Your responsibilities also include promoting and enforcing Logical Access Security Standards according to set procedures.

We are looking for someone with strong software testing methodologies and best practices experience, as well as familiarity with computing platforms, operating systems, and databases. Knowledge of Java programming and SQL is also required. Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, ability to work in a team environment, and fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in a QA role, specifically in IT Security-related projects, access controls, and Identity and Access Management. A University Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is required. This role requires availability to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST).
