Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales team in Indonesia.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, booking appointments, and nurturing initial relationships with potential clients. This role is pivotal to driving the success of our sales pipeline and creating opportunities for Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and identify potential leads in the assigned territory using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other lead generation platforms.
- Engage prospects through tailored outreach, including emails, calls, and social media interactions.
- Schedule high-quality meetings with decision-makers and key stakeholders for the sales team.
- Ensure seamless handover of leads to Account Executives with all relevant details.
- Understand customer needs and identify how products/services can address their challenges.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with warm leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales process.
- Keep the CRM system up-to-date with accurate and complete information about prospects and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze lead conversion metrics to refine outreach strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaigns and promotions.
- Provide feedback on lead quality and marketing-qualified leads.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for lead generation, appointments booked, and conversion rates.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on data and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role.
- Prior experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Bahasa and English.
- Ability to handle rejection, stay motivated, and consistently achieve goals.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure performance.
- Familiarity with the MEDDICC sales framework is a plus.
