We are seeking a strategic Upwork Bidding & Business Development Manager to lead our bidding team and drive higher conversion rates.

Job Summary:

Define strategies, optimize proposals, select high-value projects, mentor the team, and drive business growth through effective Upwork bidding practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute bidding strategies to increase project wins and revenue growth.
  • Optimize proposal content and format to improve client engagement and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with team members to define best practices and processes for Upwork bidding.
  • Provide guidance on software development services, including mobile app development, enterprise solutions, CRM, CMS, process automation software, Salesforce, and Odoo services.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform bidding strategies and improve team performance.
  • Ensure excellent written and spoken communication skills to effectively engage with international clients.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of proven Upwork bidding experience with a strong track record of closing high-value projects.
  • Experience managing a team of bidders with a minimum of 3 members.
  • Strong understanding of Upwork algorithms, client behaviors, and platform updates.
  • Expertise in proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication.
  • Knowledge of software development services, including mobile, web, CRM, ERP, Odoo, and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills to track conversion and performance.
