Business Development Executive

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to lead our online bidding and IT sales initiatives, with a strong focus on acquiring new clients in untapped markets.

This role involves identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities via online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH. The successful candidate will optimize and maintain company profiles across these platforms to maximize visibility and conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets, ideally targeting North America and Europe. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities via online platforms.
  • Optimize and maintain company profiles to maximize visibility and conversion rates.
  • Prepare tailored proposals that address client needs and highlight unique value.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and meet or exceed agreed performance goals.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client expectations.
  • Utilize tools like Sales Navigator, email outreach software, and CRM systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technologies, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 3–4 years of proven success in IT business development and online bidding.
  • Strong portfolio of closed deals in international markets.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT services, web and app development, UI/UX, and digital marketing solutions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently under deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
