
Client Relationship Specialist

The primary goal of this position is to drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR) by expanding usage within existing group schools and generating qualified referrals through deep engagement with Principals, Chairpersons, and Heads of Departments.
This role involves owning a portfolio of school or college accounts, typically ranging between ₹50L to ₹1.5Cr in ARR. The Account Manager will be responsible for driving strong NRR through expansion in group schools and high-quality referrals from Principals and Chairpersons.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a portfolio of accounts aligned to your experience and capacity.
- Drive strong Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through expansion in group schools and high-quality referrals.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with Principals, HODs, Chairpersons, and Head Office decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Customer Enablement Managers (CEMs) to monitor usage trends and adoption risks.
- Identify and qualify expansion opportunities — new modules, branches, or use cases.
- Proactively source referrals and act on warm intros to other institutions.
- Participate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), EB connects, and strategic account planning.
- 1-2 years of experience in Account Management or CS roles in SaaS, ERP, or EdTech.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with experience working with CXO/decision-maker level.
- Demonstrated ability to influence renewals, referrals, or upsell outcomes.
- High ownership mindset — treats each customer like their own business.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language fluency is a plus).
- Experience working with educational institutions is a strong advantage.
- Net Revenue Retention (NRR) per quarter.
- Number of Executive Business Connects (Principals, HODs, etc.).
- Qualified Referrals Sourced.
- Expansion Pipeline Created and Attributed.
A competitive salary structure with 80:20 Fixed to Variable, including variable payout fully tied to NRR performance and referrals. Additionally, a performance bonus for exceeding 120% NRR and fast-track growth into Strategic AM or Enterprise AE roles.
