At Digital Nest, we are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist and Brand Narrative Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, branding, and content creation.

This role is responsible for crafting high-quality, impactful content across various media channels while shaping and executing brand strategies. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the brand's identity, goals, and audience to ensure consistency and effectiveness in messaging.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Crafting Compelling Content
    • Develop, write, and edit copy for various platforms, including websites, email marketing, social media, product descriptions, advertisements, and more.
    • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's voice, tone, and messaging guidelines.
    • Work closely with design, marketing, and product teams to create cohesive and engaging campaigns.
  • Defining and Implementing Brand Strategy
    • Define and implement brand strategy in alignment with the company's goals, target audience, and competitive positioning.
    • Create brand guidelines and ensure consistency in messaging across all touchpoints.
    • Conduct brand audits to assess brand health and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Audience Research and Insights
    • Conduct market research to understand customer demographics, preferences, and behaviors.
    • Use data insights to inform and refine copy and brand strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to keep the brand's messaging fresh and relevant.
  • Collaboration and Leadership
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, design, and product development, to develop integrated campaigns.
    • Mentor junior copywriters, providing guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality work.
    • Present ideas and concepts to stakeholders, articulating the strategic value of creative choices.
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects with competing deadlines, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
    • Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our brand. The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in copywriting, branding, or a related field, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of content types and successful brand campaigns.
  • Proficiency in content management systems, analytics tools, and marketing software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, social media, and digital marketing best practices.
